Our office understands that when people hire a Process Server, they are often experiencing difficulty with their current method of service.  The most common problem seems to be the inability of a Process Server or Sheriff, to complete service effectively in a timely manner.  Getting a Proof or an Affidavit returned is also a major concern.  At NJ Summons, we know that a job isn't complete until the Client is satisfied that everything that can be done, has been done.  The task is to serve the paper and execute the proof and return it to the client immediately.  No "lip service", no lame excuses, just fast, effective service at a competitive flat rate.
